Programs for Everyone:

From the last week of February throughout the 2nd week of April 2003

"The Featured Artworks of Herb Alpert"
Vanderbilt University Hospital, Main Lobby, Mezzanine Level

Herb Alpert does not paint parallel to his music, much less as an extension of it. He paints and sculpts to enunciate his sensibility in a whole other range of experience. If what emerges finds its equivalent in the sounds he produces, both art and music seem more lucid for it.

For more information about the show, contact the Department of Cultural Enrichment @ 615-936-1234.
